Requirements Register Rationale

Content Description Registers for each year level provide spaces for identifying the program units specifically addressing those ACARA Content Descriptions.  At login, Whatwhen program unit numbers appear  in these registers as an example. The Registers can then be individualised and adjusted  by replacing these with user- specific unit identification.

Notable inclusions in the suggested WhatWhen planning unit format are spaces for the insertion of ACARA Codes pertaining to the Content Descriptions being addressed. If these (ACARA Codes – AC)  are noted, it is a simple process to record them in the Register as progress is made through the year.

It is then possible to see at a glance, and be confident, that programs are addressing the ACARA requirements.
